Program Overview

Healthcare organizations are working hard to establish and enhance physician alignment and engagement. To accomplish this you need effective physician leaders. Integrated Healthcare Strategies and the Governance Institute co-sponsored a survey of nearly 430 CEOs, CMOs, and VPHRs to learn more about the factors that frustrate and facilitate effective physician leaders. This webinar will present the results of that survey as well as discuss specific steps that can be taken by organizations to enhance the effectiveness of their physician leaders, strengthen physician leader development plans and develop strategies to retain and attract physician talent.

AUDIENCE

CEO, CMO, Human Resources, Trustees
