Program Overview The pressure to implement and optimize EHR technology quickly to achieve stimulus funding under the HITECH Act/ ARRA is causing organizations to wonder if their IT departments are up to the task. However, limited resources require that leadership and staff effectively balance the needs of the organization with system support requirements and provide expert project management, especially when implementing electronic health records (EHRs).
