The Montana Hospital Association is supporting MT DPHHS in some data collection for RHTP. DPHHS respectfully requests that all CAHs and PPS hospitals provide this average daily census data. Data can be submitted using this link. Please submit Quarters 1 through 3, 2026 due by November 1.  Quarter 4, 2026 will be due February 1 , 2027. 

We strongly encourage all facilities to support the State’s RHTP efforts and goal to maximize future year awards by participating and providing the data. Potential RHTP funding for a facility may also be affected if the facility chooses not to share this data.

For clarity, this single data point is one of the key metrics across the state at large that DPHHS committed to reporting to CMS. It is separate from the data sharing that would be required for those facilities wishing to participate in the Center of Excellence work. More information about that will be available later this year.

We are asking for one completed form per facility. If you feel as though you submit your form prematurely, please let us know and we can remove your form for you on our end, so that you may resubmit. You are receiving this email request as you were our point of contact for the baseline data submission. If you are not the going to be the person submitting the data moving forward, please let me know and I will remove you from this communication.
