MHA has received a number of questions from legislators around the current COVID-19 surge in Montana and facilities’ needs at this time. In response, MHA is has organized virtual Region Meetings for each MHA region this week to allow MHA members to discuss the current situation in their communities and their needs with their state legislators, representatives of Montana’s executive branch and Montana’s Congressional Delegation.

In addition, members should stay tuned for forthcoming information from MHA’s legal team on the Federal COVID-19 vaccination regulations announced last week.
