DPHHS now accepting CoE Advisory Council applications
Montana Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS) is now accepting applications to serve on the Center of Excellence (CoE) Advisory Council. Application are due May 22.
The purpose of the RHTP CoE Advisory Council is to develop recommendations in coordination with the CoE Strategy and Analytics vendor to align care delivery services with rural health needs at the county, tribal, and facility level, in accordance with Montana’s federally approved RHTP plan. A competitive application process will be used to select 15 positions on a 20-member voting council. To qualify, applicants must represent one of the following categories: Rural healthcare consumer; rural primary care clinician; tribal health representative; PPS hospital; independent CAH or REH facility; affiliated CAH or REH facility (owned by or affiliated with a PPS hospital); or FQHC facility.
How to apply for the CoE Advisory Council
If you wish to be considered for the Advisory Council, click here to complete an application. Select the Advisory Council position you are applying for, complete the application form, and submit a resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in serving. The application window closes at 11:59 p.m. on May 22, 2026. The Department plans to make selections by June 15.
