Director of Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Shared Services

The Montana Hospital Association is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Director of RHTP Shared Services. This role offers an opportunity to help Montana hospitals and healthcare providers work smarter, reduce costs, and access resources that support long-term sustainability.

The Director will identify and develop shared-service opportunities, build partnerships among healthcare providers and vendors, and lead initiatives from planning through implementation. Working closely with hospitals, health systems, MHA Ventures, and Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) partners, this individual will help turn opportunities into practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen purchasing power, and deliver measurable results for Montana’s healthcare community.
