Member Engagement Coordinator

The Member Engagement Coordinator is at the heart of creating a great experience for our members. This role serves as a go-to point of contact and helps keep everything running smoothly—from day-to-day administrative tasks to events, communications, and member engagement efforts across the association. You’ll support a variety of MHA’s core services, including advocacy, education and events, and communications. Whether you’re helping coordinate a project, supporting an event, or connecting with members, your work will help ensure everything feels seamless, organized, and positive. Temporary Camp Resident Assistant (RA)

Administrative Professional I (Job Share Opportunity- 2 Positions)

MHA is looking for a service-driven professional to join our administrative support team! Serves as the initial point of contact for members, employees, and external entities by responding to inquiries regarding association services, resolving issues when possible, and referring matters to the appropriate staff member as needed. Schedules meetings and coordinates travel arrangements, including reserving available company vehicles; answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate staff. Tracks, maintains, and communicates project schedules, activities, and deadlines for self and others to support accurate and timely completion of work. Maintains inventory levels, orders office supplies, and ensures supplies are stocked as needed. Assists the Director of Education and Events with events, meetings, and education program planning. Tracks inventory before and after each event. Order any necessary supplies or those requested for the event. Attends conferences and meetings as assigned to provide professional onsite support.
